During mould casting, the expanded raw material is injected into a mould.
By adding steam, the product is given its final shape.
Mould casting is fast, and is much more cost-effective than annealing for larger batches.
Personalisation
A mould will be custom-built for you to completely match the shape of your product.
You can engrave your name on the product, without any problem at all.
Depending on the size of your product, a single mould can be used or multiple moulds are made.
Specifications
Different densities are possible, the most common being 20 kg/m³ and 30 kg/m³.
We can manufacture you product in different colours: white, brown, light grey and dark grey.
